First American Chainsaw Art

The first American Chainsaw Art was made in 1952 by Ray Murphy in Wyoming. It was Real Chainsaw Art made 100% with a chainsaw. There were no carving tools present. Ray originated three dimensional chainsaw art in 1953. Ray is still originating new things to do with his chainsaws after 57 years of doing Real Chainsaw Art. The hardest has been to saw three numbers on a mustard seed which is about half the size of a pin.
