Ripley's filmed Ray
Ripley's "Believe it or not" filmed Ray doing seven unique feats in 1999. The pencil with the alphabet was one of the unique items.Live performances doing these type of feats can be seen at The Worlds Number One Chainsaw Sawyer Art Stage Show during the summer months in Hancock,Maine.
World Famous Pencil
The pencil with the alphabet sawed on it with a chainsaw that Ray is looking under is the original. You may notice the pencil is broken and the lead is worn down. Ray broke it at Cheyenne Frontier Days in 1982. The lead got worn down by Ray autographing many news papers that had the article about Ripley's "Believe it or not". The other pencil was done when Ray was making pencils for Ripley's museums around the world.
